CanCooker Crab-Legs


INGREDIENTS:


5 lbs Snow Crab or King Crab Crab- boil seasoning CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt 2 lemons ( 1 squeezed for lemon juice/ other for lemon wedges) Butter (melted)

Water


Fill CanCooker 1⁄4 full with water. Add crab boil seasoning, CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt and lemon juice. Latch the lid and place on heat source. Once steam begins to vent, carefully with tongs add crab legs and cook for 8 minutes (approx.). Remove from heat using oven mitts and let cool for a minimum of 5- minutes. Use tongs to remove crab legs from CanCooker. Serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
